There are loads of great tutorials online, some step by step with images, others with videos. If you prefer the latter then I would strongly recommend looking at the following youtube channels as they have so many good tutorials:

These are quite advanced, but there are numerous of inspiring tips and techniques you could try. The website is well ordered and you can quickly sift through them before selecting one to properly look at, which will then be broken down into steps for you.
Particularly good if you are interested in graphics and/or illustration.
TIP: check which version of Photoshop you're using, some of the tutorials require newer versions.

- easy video to follow. Remember you could do this using your own drawings as well (Harry in yr13 made a political cartoon gif that had started as a drawing by hand for his final piece, ask me to see it).
